- Free Shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $98.00. Please note this can be combined with any other Coupon Codes, Promotions, Discounts, Exclusions may apply. To qualify for Free Shipping with use of a Coupon Code your order must still total out to be over $98.00. You will have the choice at Check Out to input the Coupon Code of your choosing. Free Shipping is not available for APO’s or orders outside of the U.S.
- Standard Delivery / Ground in the Continental U.S. (48 States). Delivery on orders can range from 2 - 5 Business Days Via the Least Expensive Carrier. - Return Policy. If a full order or a partial order that received the Free Shipping promotion is returned for a Refund or Credit, the normal shipping charges will be applied and deducted before the refund is issued. There is a 15% Restocking Bulk orders returned back to us.
- Exchange Item Policy. If a full order or a partial order that received the Free Shipping promotion is returned for an Exchange, there will be a reshipping charge on the products on your original purchase. All Reshipping Charges are based on our posted Online Shipping Price List. Please Note that any Customs/Duties Charges are to be payed by the Customer.

The color swatches visible on all Fatigues product pages are meant to provide an approximation of the actual color of the item. Due to differences in monitors, web browsers, and computer operating systems, the actual color of any particular item may vary from the color represented on the product detail page.
For all online purchases, payment must be made at the time of purchase with one of the following credit cards: PayPal, Google Pay, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover. By using a credit card for your purchase, you assert and represent that you are the authorized cardholder of the card, bound by the terms and conditions of the card issuer, with full authority to create a binding contract for the sale. Our Secure Server uses SSL (secure socket layer) technology for the purpose of encrypting your credit card number.
Ordering by Mail
If you cannot use the secure server, please call, fax, or mail in your order. Money Orders, and Certified Bank Checks are accepted (No Delay On Shipment). If an order is paid using a Personal Check (14 Day Delay Before Shipment), orders will be shipped only after the check has clear our bank. To obtain a printable order form, fill up your Shopping Cart and click Checkout. Then fill in the appropriate Billing and Shipping information and click Continue Checkout. At the bottom of the Confirm Your Order page is the Fax/Mail option.
Delivery of Goods
Fatigues uses a variety of carriers to find the best service depending on distance and destination. Merchandise displayed on this Site that is ordered electronically will be delivered only within the United States. International customers must phone in their merchandise orders to receive custom shipping information
Information regarding items needing a longer delivery time should appear on the customer's shopping cart during checkout. Expediated shipping may be requested. Call for more information.

All orders shipped outside the continental United States must be called in so that you can receive customized shipping rate information. To place a telephone order, follow the steps for ordering via the Fatigues Shopping Cart ("View Cart" button on top of page). After entering your shipping address, you will be given instructions on how to call in your order. We're sorry but International (Non-US) credit cards cannot be accepted at this time. OUR RETURN POLICY
Fatigues Army Navy carries the highest quality products and offers the highest level of service possible, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. However, if you should have to return an item, please follow our return policy.
- Please obtain a Return Authorization Number by contacting our office via Email or Call Us within 15 days of merchandise receipt. THIS IS REQUIRED! You should receive a reply within 24 hours. Products returned without proper written authorization and marking (Return Authorization Number MUST be written on 2 sides of the shipping carton) will be rejected at the Shipping Dept. Items returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- No cash/credit refunds after 30 days of receipt of goods, no refunds on custom orders and/or worn items.
- All merchandise MUST be in its original, new condition. Please do not remove any tags or dispose of the receipt or shipping box until you are satisfied with your purchase. Items that have had the tags removed or have been worn will not be refunded.
- Fatigues Army Navy DOES NOT refund shipping charges on returned items.
- If a mistake was made on our part, we will pay up to $10.00 for return shipping. For customer mistakes (wrong size ordered, wrong color ordered, etc.), customer must pay for return shipping.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ship an item back to Fatigues Army Navy for return. It is NOT the responsibility of Fatigues Army Navy to pick-up a customer's return item at the customer's business or residence. Please insure item(s) to be shipped back to Fatigues Army Navy for return.
- Your sales receipt and credit card receipt must accompany the merchandise being returned. Returns will not be accepted without receipt.
- Merchandise must be returned in the original shipping carton, with the return authorization number written on the outside of the box on 3 sides. Returns will not be accepted without return authorization number.
- Please allow 7 to 10 business days to process returns (not including shipping time).
- All sales shipped outside the USA are FINAL. No refunds on items shipped outside the USA.
- All special order sales are FINAL.
- IMPORTANT! When you receive your package, DO NOT open the box with a sharp object! Fatigues Army Navy will NOT accept returns on items that have been cut with a knife while opening the box!
- NOTE ON FREE GIFTS: If you received a free gift with your purchase, the gift MUST be returned if you return the purchase for a refund or credit. If you fail to return the gift, the retail price of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
CHRISTMAS/HOLIDAY POLICY: To assist you in your holiday shopping, all orders placed between November 20 and January 15 are subject to an extended 30 day return policy. Happy Shopping!
