Iraq Campaign Service Military Ribbon The Iraq Campaign Service Medal is awarded for members of the uniformed services of the US who serve or have served in Iraq or contiguous waters or air space, as defined by such regulations, on or after 19 March 2003 to a date to be determined by the Secretary of Defense.
